The fragrance opens fresh, green, and radiant, with a lively blend of rhubarb, raspberry, dill, basil, and subtle spices. Fruity tartness and herbal brightness unfold into soft florals and gentle aquatic nuances, evoking the wonder of wandering through lush garden paths by the sea. A salty breeze brushes your skin; sunlight warms your face; curiosity guides every step.

As the scent settles, warm woods, resins, and soft musk create a soothing, dreamlike aura—like drifting into a peaceful nap in cool grass, wrapped in feelings of joy, comfort, and innocence. Courant Éternel is also a tribute to the quiet, steady providence of God—especially in the way He places people in our lives. For me, this fragrance honors my mother, my grandmother, and my wife. Its name comes from the lyrics of an old hymn:"Underneath me, all around me is the CURRENT of His love, leading onward, leading homeward to His glorious rest above."

Sidama X is a bold reimagining of our original Sidama fragrance—an independent category finalist in the 2023 Art & Olfaction Awards—now transformed into a richer, chocolate‑forward experience inspired by ancient tradition and modern refinement.

This indulgent composition draws from the storied origins of xocolātl, the spiced drinking chocolate crafted by the Maya and embraced by the Aztecs. Fermented cacao, sun‑dried and ground to perfection, infused with chili heat, cinnamon warmth, and natural sweetness—those roots inspired the heart of Sidama X.

In this elevated variation, the coffee tones of the original step back, allowing a lush wave of semi‑sweet dark chocolate to take center stage. A subtle boozy warmth enriches the blend, while a vibrant chili pepper kick adds energy and intrigue. Instead of vanilla, we chose resinous, woody benzoin to echo the character of the first Sidama fragrance and anchor the sweetness with depth.

The result is a fragrance that’s decadent, spicy, woody, and gently boozy—a sensual gourmand with sophistication and edge. Sweeter than the original but grounded by resin, spice, and earth, Sidama X is an experience to savor.

Lux base improvements. 1) Fragrance Enhancement - We wanted to develop a base formulation that allowed our sophisticated and complex fragrance profiles to shine. 2) Ease of use - We wanted to create a base formulation that was both quicker and easier to develop a really exceptional lather. 3) Product Efficiency - We wanted to improve the efficiency of the base so that it would require less product to produce an exceptional result. 4) Improved Slickness - We wanted to improve overall slickness of the lather and residual slickness in particular. 5) Performance Consistency - Finally, we wanted to develop a base that displayed more consistency in performance in varying climates and over extended time periods.
